First, make sure that your Google My Business account is connected to the dashboard. If you are not sure whether your account is connected or not, go to Project Settings>Google My Business.

If you are not connected, the screen will prompt you to connect. Just click on the “Google My Business” button you’ll see and follow these steps. 

Once connected:

  1.  Go to Reviews, under Digital Reputation.

2.  Scroll down to Reviews and select the Google Review you would like to respond to. Under the Action column, click on the reply button, write your response and hit Respond.  Voilà!
