Engaging customers who are already enthusiastic about your business and brand is the perfect way to create a loyal following. Replying to a review is a feature that can be used to comment on positive as well as negative feedback posted by customers on your business profiles.
To reply to a review via email, follow these simple steps:
1. Click on the Reviews from the left navigation menu.
2. In the Reviews section, you will see all the reviews received for your business from various sources. The "Reply via Email" icon can be seen under the "Action" column.
3. Once you click on the email icon, a pop-up will appear. Select the "From" email address, insert the email addresses of the recipients, email subject and body of the email. Click on "Send" and the recipients will be notified immediately.
**The ability to reply to a review through email is only available for reviews that haven't been responded to.
