Subscribers are the people who will receive Weekly Reports, Monthly Reports, Mentions Reports and Reviews notifications. As opposed to users, subscribers do not have access to the dashboard and will not have login credentials.
To add new subscribers*, go to your account settings by clicking on the arrow next to your username on the top right corner. Then click on the Subscribers on the left side panel.
Once on the Subscribers page, click on the green Add a Subscriber button.
Now simply enter the new subscriber's email address on the text box and select which report you would like the subscriber to receive.
After you've entered the email address and selected the reports and notifications, scroll down to click on the Add Subscriber button.
Now you have your subscriber all set up! If you'd like to go back and edit subscribers, follow these steps.
